PAYMENT METHODS ON OUR WEBSITE

You can pay for your products directly on the website using credit or debit card, or by bank transfer to our account.
We always recommend bank transfer as it is considered one of the safest payment methods available.
In all cases, our website uses secure systems to ensure confidentiality and protection of your data.
SECURITY IS VERY IMPORTANT
It is essential that data traffic is online and CES (Secure Electronic Commerce).
This helps prevent fraud caused by improper use of cards by third parties or fraudulent chargeback claims made after a purchase.
In secure commerce, the card issuing bank identifies the customer through PIN, password, biometric data, or other authentication methods, ensuring that only the legitimate holder can complete the transaction.
REMEMBER THAT PUBLIEVENTOS WILL NEVER REQUEST CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION BY EMAIL OR PHONE.

CONSEQUENCES OF NON-PAYMENT OF AN INVOICE
1. Non-payment and liability for costs

2. Acknowledgment of debt
The client expressly acknowledges that each invoice represents a valid and enforceable debt and agrees not to dispute it except in case of clear billing error.
3. Late payment interest
In case of non-payment, the client agrees to a late payment interest rate of 12% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the first day of delay until full payment is received.
4. Debt collection assignment
If payment is not made on time, the company may assign debt collection to third parties (law firms or collection agencies), with all costs borne by the client.
5. Mediation or arbitration
Before legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration. Costs will be borne by the client if the debt is confirmed.
6. Factoring (if applicable)
Any factoring agreement does not exempt the client from payment obligations. All related costs remain applicable.
