PUBLIEVENTOS IS JUST ANOTHER USER OF TRANSPORT COMPANIES

Please note that we cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for the actions of these types of companies, which although generally operate well, sometimes their employees and managers are not able to take their work seriously, nor consider that delivery times and the goods they transport are assets belonging to our customers and form part of their property.

We always try to ensure they perform their duties professionally and we demand compliance with the agreed deadlines, for which we pay the corresponding amounts impeccably every month.

However, there are people who care very little about all this, so we kindly ask you to always check your goods upon receipt and ALWAYS REQUEST a copy of the delivery document, and note any incidents on it, as well as take photos of any damaged or dented packages. All of this is part of a protocol that you can review later in detail, and which we strongly recommend you follow strictly to avoid problems when making claims.

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24 hours after the completion of product customization, and within 48 hours if they are not customized, always via UPS and/or DHL if the order is shipped outside Spain. Our company reserves the right to add other transport companies if deemed necessary in order to provide better customer service.

All shipments include a tracking number that will be sent to your email. We will provide a link so you can track your order online.

Our full shipping terms can be read in this section and form an inseparable part of our General Terms and Conditions, which you expressly accept when placing an order, whether online or offline.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as transportation costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package.

We advise you to group all your items in a single order. We cannot combine separate orders, and shipping costs will apply individually to each order.

We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipment, but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items.

Shipping method and delivery times

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is not available for the Balearic Islands and/or Canary Islands. Other destinations are quoted individually depending on quantities and volume of the shipment.

Order delivery

Orders are delivered to the address freely chosen by the user. Therefore, OUR COMPANY assumes no responsibility when delivery cannot be completed due to false, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the user, or when delivery cannot be completed due to causes beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the recipient.

Our company is NOT a transport agency. Therefore, we are not responsible for resolving logistics or delivery issues, and we can only intervene through our contact with the transport company to try to resolve any abnormal situation.

You will always receive tracking information directly by email from the transport agency. CHECK YOUR SPAM OR JUNK FOLDER. Any incident must be resolved directly with the transport company.

Remember that delivery will be made to the address indicated in your order and cannot be changed once the shipment has left our facilities.

Delivery should take place on the estimated date, but transport companies may deliver your order within 24/48 working hours from the estimated date, always on business days.

Delivery dates are indicative and not binding, as transport companies are EXTERNAL TO OUR COMPANY and operate under their own conditions and transport laws.

You must be available to receive the shipment. It is not possible to define an exact delivery time or request driver contact details. If you wish to contact the carrier, you must do so directly using the tracking number provided by email.

You are responsible for being present at the delivery address on the scheduled delivery day. The courier may also call the phone number provided during checkout to arrange delivery.

Incidents with your shipment

If you receive damaged goods, or if you have not received your order, you must:

  • Take photos clearly showing the damage to the packages.
  • Note the damage on the delivery note provided by the carrier and sign it, indicating the issue in writing.
  • Send an email to tienda@publieventos.es with the photos and a copy of the delivery note within 24 hours of receipt.

It is essential for any claim that you sign the delivery document with your original signature and include your ID number (DNI/NIE) and full name when receiving the goods. IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE THESE DETAILS, OUR COMPANY ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM.

Our company has access, like you, to shipment tracking data, including signatures and identification of the recipient.

This allows us to file claims with the transport company. IF THIS PROCEDURE IS NOT FOLLOWED EXACTLY, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FILE ANY CLAIM WITH THE TRANSPORT AGENCY.

Our company is not responsible under any circumstances for the actions of transport companies or their employees.

Any reshipment or change of delivery type or destination will incur additional costs borne by the customer.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays or public holidays.

Order cancellation

As these are personalized products, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances. Cancellation is only possible before the order status changes to “produced”.
