Business customers are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or specification by the consumer and/or business customer, for example personalized products, or goods clearly tailored to personal needs. In all other cases, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as explained below.
5.1 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the last of the goods.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- If the goods have been personalized
- If the goods are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- If the goods are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery
What should you consider regarding this right?
- When purchasing a product, the seller is obliged to inform you about the existence of your right of withdrawal and its conditions
- Returns are generally free of charge. However, in some online purchases, the buyer may be required to pay return shipping costs, depending on the company
- Withdrawal can be exercised without any penalty and without the need to justify the return
- Once the goods are received and checked, the seller must refund the amount within a maximum of 14 days
Rights and Obligations Regarding Withdrawal
The processing period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 15 working days from the communication and receipt of the required documentation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify PUBLICIDAD SOSTENIBLE MORAN SL (Publieventos) by email at tienda@publieventos.es of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.
You must provide a copy of your ID/NIE and a bank account ownership certificate. The account must belong to the same person or company to whom the invoice was issued and who made the payment.
No refunds will be made to different bank accounts.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for your communication concerning your exercise of this right to be sent before the withdrawal period has expired.
Once this period has expired, no withdrawal requests will be accepted, and you will have no right to it.
Please note that personalized products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
5.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Personalized products are not eligible for any type of withdrawal. Likewise, companies and/or products intended for resale or commercial distribution are not entitled to this right.
5.3 Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you related to the order, excluding delivery costs.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
We will process the reimbursement without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made exclusively by bank transfer from our account to the account you provide. We are not responsible for any delays if you do not provide your bank details on the same day they are requested.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to PUBLICIDAD SOSTENIBLE MORAN SL (Publieventos) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
In all cases, once the returned goods are received, our company will inspect their condition.
If, as a result of this inspection, there is any discrepancy in quantity or condition compared to the original order, the refund will be adjusted accordingly, deducting the corresponding amount at the same price invoiced, as well as the proportional transport costs.
